Philosophy
Master change
You don’t build safety behind barriers. You build it by knowing how to adapt to what’s outside your walls. It’s why our highly-motivated teams don’t just embrace change, they master it. Using their craft and dedication to fortify the safety of our community, and open up a free space for fun, hedonism and meme-worthy ideas.
The centre of that space? Learning. It’s a constant state-of-mind. And a means for us to keep breaking new ground.
We’re redefining how people experience and interact with digital assets. With over 3M monthly active users and $20B+ in assets held, our mission is to make cryptocurrency intuitive, secure, and accessible to everyone.
To fulfill our ever-evolving goal, we need you to use the power of change and constant learning as your rocket fuel.

FAQs
Can you clarify what the company’s core focus is? Do you engage in crypto trading, or are you working on product development (like infrastructure)?
We exclusively focus on developing our product, which serves as a gateway to everything a user owns on the blockchain. Our wallet is a critical entry point for users entering the crypto space, making it essential for everyone. This positions us strongly in the market, with significant potential for global success.
How much does Bitcoin’s price affect the company’s performance? Are you dependent on its success?
We focus on developing infrastructure product rather than speculating or trading currencies, so Bitcoin’s price doesn’t directly affect us. However, it does indirectly influence market conditions and user engagement with our platform. Ultimately, our goal is to create a product that people rely on every day, regardless of market fluctuations or price trends.
Is it necessary to have prior knowledge of crypto, particularly the Solana blockchain, for this role?
While experience with crypto, especially Solana, is a plus, it’s not a requirement. What matters most to us is hiring experts in their respective fields. We believe that experts can quickly pick up the crypto knowledge needed for the role.
Where can I go to find more information about Solana, blockchain, and your product?
We recommend following us on X (formerly Twitter) for regular product updates. Additionally, you can probably find answers to some basic questions about blockchain, crypto, and Web3 here: https://solana.com/tr/learn/blockchain-basics.
Are your hiring efforts limited to certain regions, or are you open to candidates globally?
At the moment, we’re hiring within our local regions (Croatia and Serbia), but for specific roles like Marketing or Customer Support, we’re open to candidates globally.
Can you provide an overview of the departments within the company?
Our departments include: Development (Backend, Frontend, Mobile), Product Management, Quality Assurance, Product Design, Marketing, Brand & Creative, Customer Support, Human Resources, Finance & Operations.
Can you walk me through the hiring process at Solflare?
The hiring process starts with an application for a suitable role. If shortlisted, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter. Afterward, you’ll meet with the hiring manager, potentially complete a technical assessment, and then have a final interview with a leadership team member. We will evaluate your fit and, if everything aligns, notify you of our decision to move forward.
Is Solflare remote-friendly? How often are employees required to come into the office?
We are fully remote, though we do have offices in Novi Sad, Serbia, and Zagreb, Croatia (opening in May 2025). Coming into the office is optional if you're based in these cities. That said, many team members enjoy collaborating in person and typically visit the office 3 to 4 times a week.
Do you offer flexible working hours? What’s the structure for working hours?
Yes, we offer completely flexible working hours. The only required time is for scheduled meetings, but aside from that, you’re free to work whenever you're most productive. We trust our employees to manage their time and deliver results without tracking hours.
How does Solflare support work-life balance?
We support work-life balance by offering flexible work arrangements. You can work from anywhere and set your schedule. You’ll receive 25 paid vacation days per year. We also provide full medical coverage for you and your children, paid parental leave, and additional support for parents. In the office, you can enjoy fresh lunches, unlimited premium coffee, and snacks. We promote well-being through company-wide activities like sports and health initiatives.
We also encourage employees to focus on their work at Solflare and avoid side jobs to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
How is performance measured, and when can employees expect salary increases?
Salary increases are based on performance, and we don’t follow a set annual review schedule. Raises can occur more frequently when contributions are recognized from multiple sources.
Looking ahead, we plan to introduce a formal performance management system that will align salary increases, career progression (such as promotions and internal mobility), and development opportunities with individual performance. We want to ensure that outstanding performance is recognized and rewarded.
Are there any learning and development opportunities at Solflare?
Yes, we have an in-house L&D partner who supports employee growth through consulting, training, and coaching. Based on your development goals, we’ll create a plan, leveraging both internal and external resources. Employees can focus on areas like blockchain technology, Solana, English, and other professional skills (design, QA, marketing, etc.), with options for soft skills and leadership training as well.
Is there room for career advancement within Solflare?
As a rapidly growing company, we offer plenty of opportunities for career advancement. However, given the fast-paced nature of our industry, we are currently focused on hiring experienced professionals rather than junior talent.
